Board Member William F. "Bud" Barrow, II William F. "Bud" Barrow, II currently serves as President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center, Inc., a 263 licensed bed facility located in Lafayette, Louisiana sponsored by the Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System. He received his BA in Pre-Law from the University of Richmond and a Masters in Public (Hospital) Administration from Brigham Young University. Prior to joining Our Lady of Lourdes, he served as CEO at Opelousas General Health System and previous to that, at Desoto Regional Health System in Mansfield, LA. Other appointments included Vice President of Corporate Development for Schumpert Medical Center in Shreveport and Vice President of Corporate Development/Physician Services for Franciscan Health Systems of Cincinnati. He has also served in consultant roles for Willis-Knighton Health System in Shreveport and with McDonnell Douglas Health Services and Deloitte, Haskins and Sells.
