Ex-Officio Board Member Jerry Romero Jerry Romero began his career at Acadian Ambulance Service in 1977 as an EMT and has progressed through all levels of filling rolls as Paramedic, Dispatcher, Dispatch Supervisor, Operations Manager and now Vice President of Operations responsible for 10 parishes and counties in Louisiana and Texas.
